Background

Siemens Advanta China designs and prototypes digital transformation solutions for traditional Chinese enterprises. As part of its innovation strategy, the company incubated several internal tools—this project focused on digitizing the co-creation workshop process.

I was one of five team members awarded a patent for this project, and the product was launched internally in January 2022. Six months after launch, workshop preparation time decreased by 31%, and client satisfaction increased by 33%.

Project Goals

Through discussions with the product manager, we identified two critical business needs:
streamlining and digitizing co-creation workflows, and improving participant engagement during workshops.

This opened up a clear design opportunity to create a solution that enables more efficient facilitation and fosters active collaboration.
